so. im thinking about getting a canon rebel t3. i think it'll be a really great investment. but, you know, it just really ruins your day when you submit something and a person from the group gives a snotty two paragraph reply that solely talks about how shitty your photo is. awesome. thanks, rude person. i appreciate it.

i suppose i'll write a new journal while i wait for my boss to call. i'm getting set-up for payroll & he's supposed to call me back soon. so i went on a sort-of lightning hunt two nights ago. it was weird, because it wasn't raining, but there was so much lightning!! it was awesome. but of course, most of it was on the other side of my house and i was not willing to go outside very far at 1am all alone. so i tried my best with what i got. i'm going to attempt to save up for my first DSLR, so we'll see how far i get. um... i'm thinking of trying to draw a person, i've never actually tried that before. oh, and i have an idea to make up some fanc

wow... i never realized how many terrible photos i had on here!! the amount of noise was unbelievable in some of them, i can't believe i even uploaded them! i'm learning how to properly take photos... or at least i think i am? haha, i now realize the importance of ISO speed (finally, right?)! i have tons to learn! if anyone has any tips or tricks, i'd really appreciate anything you have to offer! :lol: ---photographer in training
